KAMI BLACK Takes YouTube Production to the Woodshed on 'TYPE BEAT TYPE SHIT'
Underground veteran turns internet leftovers into a lean, horror-fueled rap track.

KAMI BLACK spent years grinding under the moniker Azure The Paradox, handling his own engineering, touring, and learning what actually holds up in a room. For 'TYPE BEAT TYPE SHIT', the Maryland native grabbed an off-the-shelf beat from YouTube, nudged the pitch, cranked the tempo, and let loose. It is raw, direct, and plays out with the frantic momentum of Sam Raimi's Evil Dead 2, trading overcooked bars for a blunt, sticky hook.
Longtime studio partner Ben Siroka handled the mix and master while throwing down backing vocals, keeping the bottom end punchy without burying the tape's rough edges. It is stripped down, relentless, and sets the stage for his upcoming tape, KAMI SUPREME.
